The ultimate twist on a classic New York sandwich, the HLT is Grillies-loaded and super filling.
2 slisandwich bread
1 Tbspsalted butter (room temprature)
2 Romaine lettuce leaves
1 Vine-ripened tomato, sliced 1/4 inch thick
4 Basil Leave
4 thick clices Grillies
Coarse Salt & Pepper
Spread butter onto one slice. Arrange lettuce on top, along with tomato and basil. Season with salt and pepper and top with Grillies slices. Spread the remaining slice of bread with the mayonnaise. Place the bread, mayonnaise side down, to form a sandwich. Cut diagonally. Serve immediately.
