Quick and easy to prepare, our Grillies recipe adds some cheesy goodness to traditional stuffed chicken while also keeping the meat moist and tender. Pair with a light vinaigrette salad for a healthy and filling meal.
35.2 ozboneless and skinless chicken breasts
9.9 ozGrillies (cut in ½ inch slices)
2.6 ozsun-dried tomatoes
1.3 ozfresh basil leaves
4 Tbspolive oil
Salt & sweet paprika to taste
Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Cut a deep pocket in each breast and fill with sun-dried tomatoes, Grillies slices and basil leaves. Secure with toothpicks. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Grill or BBQ on high heat until well-cooked.
