Grated Grillies and Sweet Tomato Chutney Wrap


This flavor-packed wrap is a great light lunch for those busy days or for treating your house guests to a power snack. With only 10 minutes prep time, this Grillies wrap is the easy way to go.

  • 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas

  • 2 TbsSweet tomato chutney

  • 0.5 cRed Cabbage, finely shredded

  • 1 TbspCoriander, finely chopped

  • 0.5 Carrot, grated

  • 2 TbspMayonnaise

  • 5 ozGrillies, coarsley grated

  1. In a medium bowl, place the chutney, cabbage, coriander, carrot, mayonnaise, and grated Grillies. Mix using a large spoon.

  2. Place your tortillas on a kitchen board; fill the center of each tortilla with half the mixture. Wrap carefully and cut each tortilla on the diagonal to serve.
