2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
2 TbsSweet tomato chutney
0.5 cRed Cabbage, finely shredded
1 TbspCoriander, finely chopped
0.5 Carrot, grated
5 ozGrillies, coarsley grated
In a medium bowl, place the chutney, cabbage, coriander, carrot, mayonnaise, and grated Grillies. Mix using a large spoon.
Place your tortillas on a kitchen board; fill the center of each tortilla with half the mixture. Wrap carefully and cut each tortilla on the diagonal to serve.
